| 摘 要： | 目的：分析常染色体显性遗传无综合征耳聋中是否存在早发现象。方法：采用生存分析中的时序检验比较不同代的耳聋发病年龄差异具有显著性，结果：两代耳聋患者的发病年龄差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01），第二代发病年龄比第一代提前10年，结论早发现象，可能存在于常染色体显性传无综合征耳聋中。

| Abstract: | Objective The purpose is to analyze anticipation in autosomal dominant nonsyndromic hearing loss. Methods Logrank test was performed to compare the age onset between different generations. Results There is significant difference be- tween two generations(P < 0. 0l). The age-on-set of the filial generation is 10 years ahead, as compared with that of their parental generation. Conclusion Anticipation may exist in autosomal dominant nonsyndromic hearing loss. |
