| 摘 要： | 目的探讨眼动脉瘤血管内治疗的方法和疗效。方法采用电解可脱铂金弹簧圈(GDC)栓塞治疗眼动脉瘤9例，其中采用三维GDC(3D-GDC)加普通GDC栓塞5例，血管内支架联合GDC栓塞3例，球囊辅助瘤颈重塑GDC栓塞1例。结果完全致密填塞4例，填塞95%以上3例，大部分填塞2例．近期Glasgow预后评分(GOS)均为良好。结论血管内治疗眼动脉瘤具有独特优势，采用正确的操作策略是提高治疗质量的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the outcome of endovascular treatment for ophthalmic aneurysm. Methods Nine patients with ophthalmic aneurysm were treated with Guglielmi detachable coil (GDC) embolization. Among them, 5 were treated by 3D-GDC and GDC embolization, 3 by endovascular stent placement and GDC embolization, and 1 was treated by remodeling techniques using balloon and GDC embolization. Results The aneurysms were completely embolized in 4 cases, incompletely embolized in 3 and partially embolized in 2. Postoperative short-term Glasgow Outcome Scale (GOS) showed good therapeutic effects in all the patients. Conclusion As one of the main treatment modalities for ophthalmic aneurysm, endovascular treatment has its own advantages. Proper therapeutic strategy is significant for the outcome. |
