纳洛酮、苯巴比妥对重度窒息新生儿血浆内皮素和丙二醛的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨纳洛酮、苯巴比妥对重度窒息新生儿内皮素(ET)、丙二醛(MDA)含量及存活率影响。方法:重度窒息新生儿53例,分A组:纳洛酮、苯巴比妥治疗组25例;B组:苯巴比妥治疗组28例。C组:非窒息对照组31例。在第1天用药前0 h及纳洛酮和(或)苯巴比妥治疗后1 d、7 d分别取血,测定血浆ET、MDA含量。比较A组、B组存活率。结果:A、B两组1d血浆ET、MDA水平较0h明显降低,A组较B组ET、MDA水平下降更为显著,两组在同一时间点ET、MDA相比差异分别有统计学意义(P<0.01),而7 d三组之间相比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。存活率相比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:纳洛酮、苯巴比妥联用可明显降低ET及MDA水平,而具有脑保护作用。

Influence of Naloxone and Phenobarbital on the Contents of Plasma Endothelin and Malondialdehyde in Severe Neonatal Asphyxia

Abstract:Objective: To study the influence of naloxone and phenobarbital on the contents of plasma endothelin (ET), malondialdehyde(MDA) and survival rate of severe neonatal asphyxia. Method: Fifty-three newborn with severe neonatal asphyxia were divided into two groups randomly: Group A (n = 25) received naloxone combined with phenobarbital therapy; Group B ( n = 28) received phenobarbital treated only. Blood samples were obtained within the first 24 hours of life pre-treated Oh and on the 1st day ,7th day after the treatment, blood samples were taken to determine plasma ET and MDA. Survival rate was compared between group A and group B. Group C (n =31 )was control group. Result:The plasma ET and MDA level in group A and B were obviously decreased on the 1st day compared with 0 day. The plasma ET and MDA level in group A was significantly lower than that in group B. The plasma ET and MDA of 3 groups at the 7th day had no statistic difference( P > 0.05). The survival rate had no statistic difference between two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion: Naloxone and phenobarbital may markedly decrease the level of ET and MDA in the patients with severe neonatal asphyxia and may play a role of brain protection.
