三种蚤吸血消化过程中酯酶同工酶酶谱的分析比较

摘    要:应用垂直平板型聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对鼠疫等自然疫源性疾病的传播媒介:印鼠客蚤、不等单蚤和综形额蚤指名亚种的新羽化成虫、吸血消化不同时期的成虫的酯酶(EST)同工酶酶谱进行分析比较,发现这三种蚤吸血消化过程中主酶带基本上是稳定的;而一些非主酶带的深浅、宽窄在吸血消失的不同时期有差异,不同蚤种的变化也不相同,但均呈周期性的改变。

Abstract:The results of a study on esterase isoenzyme in the newly emerged and sucking adults after 24h, 48h, and 72h of Xenopsylla cheopis, Monopsyllus anisus and Frontopsylla spadix spadix by vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis were reported and summarized as follow.EST isoenzyme of three flea species in the blood digesting showed without the variation in the major EST band number and their strength except the second major band (the 21th band) of M. anisus. However, the some secondary EST bands showed clear periodicity changes: X.cheopis showed 2 EST bands, the 12th and the 16th bands, and their changes were the weakest M.anisus showed 4 Est bands, the 13th, the 21th, the 22th and the 23th EST bands,in which the 13th and the 22th bands were the most dense and great in the sucking adults after 24h, and their changes were the strongest. F.spadix spadix showed 5 EST bands, the 18th, the 19th, the 21th, the 25th and the 26th EST bands.
