| 摘 要： | 目的观察舒利迭治疗儿童哮喘的临床疗效。方法76例中度哮喘患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,分别应用舒利迭和辅舒酮吸入治疗1年,观察两组患儿哮喘急性发作次数及治疗前后肺功能(FEV1预计值%)的变化。结果舒利迭组哮喘急性发作次数明显少于辅舒酮组;两组均可提高FEV1预计值%,改善肺功能,但舒利迭组明显优于辅舒酮组。结论舒利迭治疗儿童哮喘的临床疗效较好。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficacy of seretide(salmeterol/fluticasone propionate) in treating childhood patients with moderate asthma.Methods Data of 76 asthmatic cases from Mar.2003 to Mar.2004 were gathered and randomly divided into two groups.One group was treated with seretide and the other with fluticasone.The number of acute onset of asthma and F_EV1 was analyzed statistically.Results The number of acute onset of asthma and F_EV1 was noted with statistical difference.Conclusion Combined therapy with salmeterol and fluticasone produces better results than simple one with fluticasone. |
