锁定加压钢板治疗不稳定性桡骨远端骨折

目的探讨锁定加压钢板系统治疗不稳定性桡骨远端骨折的疗效。方法对2001年1月-2004年1月间收治的11例不稳定性桡骨远端骨折采用锁定加压钢板系统手术治疗。结果全部病例均随访6—24月。平均10个月。X线显示骨折均愈合良好。无成角畸形。未发现晚期塌陷导致的背倾、钉板松动以及骨折再移位病例。术后优良率90．9％。结论锁定加压钢板技术是治疗不稳定性桡骨远端骨折的一种行之有效的方法。

Operative treatment of unstable fracture of distal part of radius by LCP system

Objective To study the operative method of unstable fracture of distal part of the radius by LCP system.Methods Eleven cases with unstable fracture of distal part of the radius were operated with LCP system. Results All the cases were followed up for 6 to 24 months. The whole excellent-good rate was 90.9% with satisfied synostosis by X-ray.No early or lately complication occurred in these cases, such as angulation,collapse and fracture-shifting, et al. Conclusion LCP system is one of the effective methods for the treatment of unstable fracture of distal part of the radius.
