| 摘 要： | 目的分析充血性心力衰竭患者心率变异性。方法对23例充血性心力衰竭患者和20名健康对照组进行心率变异性时域指标监测。结果充血性心力衰竭患者SDNN、RMSSD、PNN50和HRVI较对照组降低。结论充血性心力衰竭患者心脏自主神经功能存在受损,对充血性心力衰竭的猝死、判断预后有预测价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To analysis of heart rate variability of patients with Congestive Heart Failure. Methods 23 patients with Congestive Heart Failure by means of measuring the heart rate variability compared with the normal controls. Results The results showed that the patients with Congestive Heart Failure had lower SDNN、RMSSD、PNN50 and HRVI in comparing with the normal controls; Conclusion These results show that cardiac autonomic nervous system function was impaired in the patients with Congestive Heart Failure,The sud-den death of congestive heart failure,the predictive value of prognostic. |
