摘    要:缺血性脑血管病最重要的病理生理基础是颅内血管的动脉粥样硬化。CX3CRl两个单核苷酸多态性T280M、V249I在动脉粥样硬化中已有报道,这个位点的遗传变异可能影响缺血性脑血管病的遗传易感性。

Abstract:The atherosclerosis of intracranial vessels is thought to be the major pathological mechanism of ischemic stroke The contribution to atherosclerosis of two CX3CR1 single nucleotide polymorphisms, V249I and T280M has been recently reported. Genetic variation at this locus may affect susceptibility to ischemic stroke.
