摘    要:目的:检测餐后高血糖对糖代谢异常患者血管内皮功能的影响,探讨氧化损伤在动脉粥样硬化发病机制中的作用.方法:应用高分辨率超声检测血流介导的血管扩张(FMD)及硫代巴比妥法测定丙二醛(MDA).结果:空腹时糖耐量异常组的MDA较对照组明显增高,FMD则明显降低(P<0.01).口服糖耐量试验后,FMD进一步降低,MDA进一步升高,在2型糖尿病组中更为明显.维生素C的治疗可逆转糖耐量异常组的内皮功能障碍.结论:餐后高血糖可造成糖代谢异常患者血管内皮功能障碍.氧化损伤对餐后高血糖诱导的内皮功能障碍起到重要作用.

Abstract:Objective: To examine the influence of postprandial hyperglycemia on endothelial function and to investigate the role of oxidative injury in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis. Methods:Flow mediated dilation (FMD) was tested with high resolution ultrasound method and malondialdehyde (MDA) was detected by using thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS). Results: Level of MDA in impaired glucose tolerance group under fasting condition increased but FMD decreased compared with the control group (OGTT). After oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT), MDA level was further increased with greater decrease of FMD. In the type 2 diabetes group,this trend was more obvious. Vitamin C , an antioxidant , was effective in the protection of endothelial oxidative injury. Conclusion: Postprandial hyperglycemia caused endothelial dysfunction in patients with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT). Oxidative injury might play an important role in the endothelial dysfunction induced by postprandial hyperglycemia.
