摘    要:目的 探讨热线电话心理咨询在SARS流行期间的作用,评价突发公共卫生事件时电话心理咨询者的一般情况及咨询问题类型。方法 对5月份SARS流行期间来自全国的366人次的心理咨询记录进行分析,比较不同地区、性别、年龄和咨询内容的差异。结果 在来自全国的热线电话咨询者中,以北京为多,女性为多众,青壮年为主体,情绪问题较为突出。结论 在疫情较重的时期和地区,情绪问题占首位,心理咨询热线电话是公众寻求心理支持的有效途径。

Abstract:Objective To assess the psychological counseling through hotline during the SARS period and to explore the general information of the clients and the type of counseling problems under the emergent event of public health. Method The 366 person-times counseling recordation in May 2003 were analyzed. Results Among all clients, most of them are from Beijing, the female are more than the male, the middle-age adults are the majority, and the emotional problem is the most important one. Conclusion In the relative severe epidemic areas, psychological counseling by hotline is an effective way for people to seek psychological support in time.
