青年人牙髓感觉功能的昼夜节律性研究

目的 探索青年人牙髓感觉功能的生物节律，丰富牙髓时间生物学的理论基础，并指导牙髓病的临床诊断与治疗。方法 40位健康青年受试者，其中男性20人，女性20人。用NEOSONO Ultima EZ^TM牙髓活力测定仪于第一天的8：00至次日8：00每隔4h的7个时间点测试并记录牙髓活力阈值。测试结果取平均值。结果 每位受试者24h牙髓活力阈值数据经Halberg余弦节律分析法统计分析，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），活力阈值的最高峰和最低谷分别出现在0：00与12：00；青年男性女性受试者中值、振幅及相位的差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论 青年人牙髓感觉功能具有昼夜节律性变化，即0：00时牙髓感觉最迟钝，12：00时牙髓感觉最敏感。

Chronobiology of Pulp Sensibility in Young People

Objective To explore the biological clock of pulp sensibility in young people so as to enrich the theory of pulp-chronobiology and conduce to clinical diagnosis and the treatment of pulposis.Methods 40 healthy young volunteers(20 males and 20 females) were examined.Pulp sensibility test was performed using the pulp sensibility tester produced in France.Pulp sensibility reading was obtained at each 4 hours from 8:00 a.m.till next 8:00 a.m.,thus there were totally seven time-pints in 24 hours.And the readings were averaged.Results The pulp sensibility data of every volunteer were analyzed by methods for cosinor-rhythmometry,and significant difference(P<0.05) was found.The acrophase and bathyphase appeared at 0:00 and 12:00 separately.We did not find significant difference of the mesor,amplitude and phase between young males and females(P>0.05).Conclusion Circadian rhythm is demonstrated in the pulp sensibility data of young people;the highest pulp sensibility is at 12:00 while the lowest is at 0:00.
