| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎时血清心肌酶与高敏C反应蛋白变化。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测粪便的轮状病毒抗原，对50例抗原阳性患儿及20例正常对照儿童以全自动生化仪测定血清心肌酶与高敏C反应蛋白。结果 与对照组比较。肠炎组血清心肌酶与高敏C反应蛋白水平均明显高于对照组。结论 轮状病毒除了引起婴幼儿胃肠道症状外，还可造成心肌损害，高敏C反应蛋白在婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎时也明显升高，对诊断及治疗有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the variation of serum myocardial enzymes and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) levels in serum specimens of infants and young children with ro-tavirus(RV) enteritis. Methods Rotavirus antigens in stool specimens were detected by ELISA. Myocardial enzymes and hs-CRP levels of serum specimens in 50 patients with positive RV antigens and 20 healthy infants were measured by full automatic analyzer. Results Serum myocardial enzymes and hs-CRP levels were significantly higher in infants and young children with rotavirus enteritis than in control group. Conclusion This study indicated that rotavirus could cause myocardial damage, so myocardial protection should be taken in infants and young children with rotavirus enteritis. |
