作业治疗对社区精神分裂症患者康复疗效的观察

目的:探讨作业疗法对社区精神分裂症患者的康复疗效。方法:在社区随机抽取精神分裂症患者60人,性别不限,年龄18~60岁,目前病情稳定。并随机分为两组,每组30人。对照组进行单纯的药物治疗,治疗组进行作业治疗联合药物治疗,治疗前后药物的种类及剂量保持不变。时间为6个月。在治疗实施前和结束后分别对两组采用社交焦虑量表(LSAS)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)、精神分裂症患者生活质量量表(SQLS)进行评定。结果:治疗前LSAS、ADL、SQLS总分及各因子分两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组在日常生活能力、社交焦虑及生活质量的各项评分较治疗前亦有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:对社区精神分裂症患者在常规治疗的基础上进行系统的作业疗法训练能够改善患者的社会适应能力、日常生活能力、能有效帮助患者回归、适应和融入社会。

Occupational therapy on schizophrenics rehabilitation curative effect observation

Objective:To investigate the therapy on patients with schizophrenia in community rehabilitation effect.Methods:in a random community sample of patients with schizophrenia in 60,sex not limited to,age 18-60 years old,is currently in a stable condition.And randomly divided into two groups,each group of 30 people.Controls were simple drug treatment,the treatment group operation therapy combined with drug therapy,before and after treatment of drug type and dose remained constant.For six months.In the treatment of practice before and after the end of the two uses social anxiety scale(LSAS),ability of daily living scale(ADL),schizophrenia quality of life scale(SQLS) assessment.Results: before treatment,LSAS,ADL,SQLS total and factor scores between the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the treatment group in daily living skills,social anxiety and quality of life in the score before treatment control also had significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusions: the community schizophrenia patients treated in routine system based on occupational therapy training can improve the patient’s ability to adapt to the society,daily life ability,can effectively help patients with regression,adapt and integrate into society.
