高校学生高血压相关知识与行为调查分析

目的:了解大学生高血压相关知识与行为状况,为进行有针对性的健康教育提供依据。方法:采用自行设计的问卷,分层随机抽取非医学类在校大学生对高血压知识与行为状况进行调查。结果:高校大学生对高血压相关知识的知晓率较低,正确率仅为52.4%,大学生中存在明显的高血压危险因素,发生率为30.0%。结论:在高校学生中加强高血压知识教育刻不容缓,改变其不良的生活方式,最大限度的减少高血压的发生率。

A survey on knowledge and behavior of hypertension among the students in the university

Objective:To understand the behavior of students with the knowledge of hypertension status of targeted health education basis.Methods:self-designed questionnaire,stratified random sample of non-medical college students in knowledge and behavior of high blood pressure status of the investigation.Results: college students awareness of hypertension-related knowledge is low,the correct rate was 52.4%,college students there is a clear risk factors of hypertension,the rate was 30.0%.Conclusions: The blood pressure in university students to enhance knowledge Education without delay,to change their unhealthy lifestyles,to minimize the incidence of hypertension.
