消郁汤与丁螺环酮治疗广泛性焦虑症的对照研究

目的:比较消郁汤与丁螺环酮治疗广泛性焦虑症的疗效与不良反应。方法:将80例符合CCMD-3诊断标准的广泛性焦虑症患者,随机分为两组,分别应用消郁汤或丁螺环酮,治疗6周,采用汉米尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和副反应量表(TESS)进行疗效评定及不良反应评定。结果:消郁汤与丁螺环酮对广泛性焦虑症的治疗均有显著疗效,其疗效比较无明显差异(P>0.05),消郁汤的不良反应发生率明显低于丁螺环酮(P<0.01)。结论:消郁汤与丁螺环酮治疗广泛性焦虑症疗效好,消郁汤较丁螺环酮的不良反应少且症状轻微,依从性好,安全性高。

A comparative studr of XiaoYu Decoction and buspirone in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder

Objective:To compare the efficacy and side effects of XiaoYu Decoction and buspirone in the treatment of Patients with generalized anxiety disorder.Methods:A total of 80 patients who met with the criteria of CCMD-3 for generalized anxiety disorder were randomly assigned to XiaoYu Decoction and buspirone for the treatment of 6 weeks.The efficacy and side effects were assessed with HAMA and TESS.Results: Both drugs had marked efficacy in treating generalized anxiety disorders,however,there was no significant difference on efficacy between the two drugs(P>0.05).XiaoYu Decoction had fewer side effects than imipramine(P<0.01).Conclusions: Both XiaoYu Decoction and buspirone has effictive in the treatment of depression.XiaoYu Decoction has lower side effects,tolerable and safety.
