| 摘 要： | 目的:研究B型利钠肽(NT-BNP)在心源性哮喘与肺源性哮喘鉴别诊断中的临床意义。方法:选择以呼吸困难为主要症状的300例患者,其中,心源性呼吸困难(甲组)和肺源性呼吸困难(乙组)各150例,体检健康者150例为对照组,测定其血浆NT-BNP浓度,分析各组之间血浆NT-BNP浓度的差异。结果:甲组血浆NT-BNP浓度显著高于乙组,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:血浆NT-BNP有助于快速准确鉴别心源性哮喘和肺源性哮喘。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)in patients with cardiac asthma or pulmonary asthma.Methods: Blood samples of 150 cardiac asthma,150 pulmonary asthma,150 healthy individuals as control group were collected.Samples of serum BNP concentration were analyzed,followed by comparisons of BNP levels among all groups.Results:The BNP level in cardiac asthma patients was significantly higher than that of pulmonary asthma patients and normal control group(P>0.01).There was no significant difference of BNP level between pulmonary asthma patients and normal group(P>0.05).The plasma BNP level in cardiac asthma group was higher than that in pulmonary asthma group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Measurement of plasma BNP is a rapid diagnostic method for cardiac asthma and pulmonary asthma. |
