慢性病患者心理健康与应对方式的调查研究

目的:了解慢性病患者心理健康与应对方式的相关性。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和应对方式问卷(CSQ)对80例慢性病患者的心理健康及其应对方式进行调查。结果:①慢性病患者心理问题检出率为37.50%,心理健康水平明显低于国内常模,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);②有心理问题的慢性病患者多采用消极应对方式,较少使用积极的应对方式;③SCL-90与CSQ存在相关性。结论:慢性病患者存在不同程度的心理问题,较多采用消极的应对方式,医护工作者应帮助患者提高心理健康水平,让患者以积极的应付方式对待健康问题。

The research study on the psychological health and coping style of the patients with chronic

Objective:To understand the relevance of psychological health and coping style of the patients with chronic.Methods:The psychological health and coping style of 80 patients with chronic were evaluated by SCL-90 and CSQ.Results:①The psychological problems detection rate in patients with chronic was 37.50%,their psychological level was lower than domestic norm,there was statistical difference(P<0.01);②The patients with chronic who had psychological question used more negative coping style,used less active coping style;③There was high correlation between social SCL-90 and CSQ(P<0.01).Conclusion:The patients with chronic had varying degrees psychological question,they used more negative coping style,the medical workers might help them to improve the psychological health level,let them to treat health question by active coping style.
