| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨家庭护理对在乡复退军人精神病患者生活质量的影响,指导家属对患者进行科学护理。方法:通过巡诊对在乡复退军人精神病患者的家庭生活进行调查分析,了解其基本状况。结果:恰当的家庭护理可提高在乡复退军人精神病患者服药的依从性,消除或减轻患者心理压力,促进患者生活及工作能力的恢复。结论:科学的家庭护理有利于家属向患者提供有效的家庭支持,提高患者生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the impact of home care on the quality of life of veterans of psychotic.guidance of family members of patients with scientific care.Methods: Through the rounds in rural veterans of psychotic patients family life survey analysis,understand the basic situation.Results:The appropriate home care can be improved in rural veterans of psychotic patients’ compliance,eliminate or relieve the mental pressure of patients,promote the patient life and working capacity restoration.Conclusion:The scientific home care is beneficial for their families to provide patients with effective family support,improve patients’ quality of life. |
