| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨乳腺原位癌的声像图特征,评价超声对乳腺原位癌的诊断价值。方法:分析24例乳腺原位癌声像图表现。结果:早期乳腺癌声像图主要表现为实性低回声小结节,边缘不规整,内部点状钙化,后方回声衰减,可见血流信号,阻力指数偏高。结论:乳腺原位癌的特殊性声像图对其早期诊断有较大的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the sonographic features of breast carcinoma in situ,and evaluate its diagnostic value.Methods:The ultrasonographic findings of 24 patients with breast carcinoma in situ were analyzed.Results: All of these malignancies displayed low echo-level lesser tubercle,poorly-defined margin,internal punctate calcification,posterior echoes attenuated,high level of blood flow signal and resistent index.Conclusions: Ultrasonography was a useful tool to diagnose early breast carcinoma in situ. |
