团体健康教育对住院精神分裂症患者康复的影响

目的:探讨团体健康教育对住院精神分裂症患者康复的影响。方法:将360例住院精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用随机健康教育方法,研究组则在此基础上实施团体健康宣教,比较两组患者对疾病及健康相关知识的知晓率、住院满意度、服药治疗的依从性、平均住院日。结果:研究组对疾病及健康相关知识的知晓率、住院满意度调查、服药治疗的依从性均高于对照组,平均住院日少于对照组。结论:团体健康教育可密切护患关系、降低医疗成本、有利于患者的治疗和康复。

The effect of group health education on hospital patients with schizophrenia

Objective:Discuss the effect of group health education on hospital patients with schizophrenia.Methods:360 patients with schizophrenia were divided into experimental and control group.Control group was used stochastic methods of health education,the experimental group was implementing group health education on this basis.Compared the 2 groups of patients with the knows rate of disease and health correlation knowledge、satisfactory investigation of hospital patients、medication compliance、the average length of stay.Results: Experimental group is higher than the control group on diseases and health-related knowledge awareness,in-patient satisfaction survey,but lower on the average length of stay.Conclusions: Group health education on patients with schizophrenia can close the nurse-patient relationship、 reduce health care costs and do good to patients treatment and rehabilitation.
