物理疗法治疗老年人压疮的临床疗效研究

目的:探讨物理疗法治疗老年人压疮的临床疗效,研究其作用机制与应用价值。方法:选择Ⅱ～Ⅳ期压疮60例,随机分为氦氖激光实验组与传统常规对照组各30例,观察两组治愈率、显效率及治愈时间。结果:实验组治愈率86.7%,显效率13.3%,总有效率100%,治愈时间(11.4±0.8)d;对照组治愈率26.7%,显效率23.3%,总有效率66.7%,治愈时间(22.6±3.2)d。两组治愈率、总有效率、平均治愈时间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:氦氖激光治疗老年人压疮,无直接性感染,作用直接迅速,治愈时间短,治疗效果好,建议临床推广应用。

Clinical efficacy study of physical therapy in the treatment of the senile pressure ulcer

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of physical therapy in the treatment of the elderly pressure ulcer,study of their mechanism of action and application value.Methods: 60 patients with Ⅱ-Ⅳ period pressure ulcer were randomly divided into experimental group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases),observed the two groups of the cure rate,the significant effective rate and the cure time.Results: The experimental group the cure rate was 86.7%,the significant effective rate was 13.3%,the total effective rate was 100%,cure time was(11.4±0.8)d;the control group the cure rate was 26.7%,the significant effective rate was 23.3%,the total effective rate was 66.7%,cure time was(22.6±3.2)d.There were significant differences between the two groups of the cure rate,the total effective rate and the cure time(P<0.05).Conclusion: Helium neon laser treat the senile pressure ulcer,no direct sexual infection,role directly and quickly,cure time is short,the treatment effect is good,clinical promotion and application is recommended.
