孤独症医教结合模式的探索

摘    要:目的:探索孤独症医教结合的干预模式。方法:对本区在启星学校就读,已经确诊的41例孤独患儿及家庭进行现状调查后制定以医教结合为原则的干预方案,干预前后为所有对象进行孤独症行为量表和孤独症评定量表评分。结果:孤独症行为量表的减分率为48.78%,孤独症评定量表的减分率为34.14%。结论:医教结合对孤独症患儿进行综合治疗和干预对改善孤独症患儿的预后有效。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the combination of medical education and autism intervention model.Methods:The star in the Kai district schools,has confirmed 41 cases of solitary status of children and families in order to survey the development of the principle of combining medical education and intervention programs,before and after intervention for all the objects and the autism behavior checklist card alone rating Scale score.Results: autism behavior checklist of points deduction rate of 48.78%,autism rating scale was 34.14% reduction in points.Conclusions: The combination of medical education and comprehensive treatment of children with autism and interventions to improve the prognosis of children with autism and effective.
