综合干预对精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响

目的:探讨综合干预对精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响。方法:将我院收治的精神分裂症患者100例随机分为干预组和对照组各50例,对照组给予常规治疗和护理,干预组在此基础上进行为期3个月的综合干预。3个月后采用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、护士用住院病人观察量表(NOSIE)评定。结果:干预后干预组BPRS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);NOSIE评分干预组社会能力、社会兴趣、个人整洁因子评分显著高于干预前(P<0.01),而激惹、退缩、精神病性、抑郁因子分显著低于干预前(P<0.05);且社会能力、社会兴趣、个人卫生、抑郁、退缩改善程度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:综合干预能够明显改善精神分裂症患者的社会功能。

The effect of comprehensive intervention on the social function of patients with schizophrenia

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention on the social function of patients with schizophrenia.Methods:100 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into intervention group(50 cases) and control group(50 cases),the control group was given conventional treatment and nursing,on this basis,intervention group was given a three-month comprehensive intervention.3 months after the BPRS and NOSI was used to evaluate.Results:After the intervention,BPRS score of the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);the score of social ability,social interest and personal clean factor of the intervention group were significantly higher than before the intervention(P<0.01),and the score of irritable,withdrawal,psychoticism and depression factor were significantly lower than before the intervention(P<0.05);And the improvement degree of social ability,social interest,personal clean,depression and withdrawal of intervention group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Comprehensive intervention can significantly improve the social function of patients with schizophrenia.
