转动眼球治疗功能性便秘

目的:探讨转动眼球治疗功能性便秘的功效。方法:选择2010年2月～2012年1月期间住院伴有功能性便秘患者60例、本院职工20例,让其每天定时排便模拟训练:排便时,双眼微闭,聚精会神的分别沿顺时针方向、逆时针方向及沿前→上→后→下方向转动双侧眼球共约5 min左右的时间,通过动眼神经传递至丘脑→大脑皮层,反射性的产生便意,稍增加腹压既可排便。结果:76例患者在使用本方法5 min产生便意,并能有效排便,总有效率达95%。结论:转动眼球治疗功能性便秘,不用过度增加腹压、不用任何仪器设备,而是患者自身调节,是一种安全、可靠、经济、痛苦小、费力小的非药物治疗功能性便秘的有效方法。

Eye movement training to treat functional constipation

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of a new treatment of functional constipation.Methods:Sixty cases of constipation during their hospitalization and twenty cases of constipation of hospital stuff were treated by bowel training at set time during February 2010 to January 2012.They were trained to move their half-closed eyes clockwise and all around in every direction(forward-upward-backward-downward) for approximate 5 mins.During the movement of eyes,the message was sent to thalamencephalon via the oculomotor nerve and then to the cerebral cortex to cause a desire to defecate.Patients can defecate easily by increasing abdominal pressure slightly.Results: Seventy six patients treated by this blow training can cause a desire to defecate and defecate easily with a total effective rate being 95%.Conclusions: For treating functional constipation,bowel training with oculomotor movement neither need to increase abdominal pressure in excess nor any instrument,and is a safe,trustworthy,economical,less pain,little difficulty non-drug therapy.
