情绪技能训练对住院女性精神分裂症患者生活质量影响分析

目的:探讨情绪技能训练对住院治疗女性精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法:将88例住院治疗的女性精神分裂症患者随机分为两组。对照组(原常规治疗及护理组)43例,维持原常规治疗及护理不变。研究组(情绪技能训练组)45例,在维持原常规治疗及护理不变基础上,同时给予情绪技能训练,疗程24周。以生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74),在治疗的第24周末与治疗前进行对照比较,评定生活质量的变化。结果:研究组GQOLI-74评定的总分及物质生活﹑躯体健康﹑心理健康﹑社会功能的4个维度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗及护理的同时,开展情绪技能训练,能有效改善住院女性精神分裂症患者的生活质量。

The impact of emotional skills training on the quality of life of hospitalized female female patients with schizophrenia

Objective:To explore the impact of emotional skills training on the quality of life of hospitalized female female patients with schizophrenia.Methods:88 hospitalized female female patients were randomly divide into two groups.43 cases in the control group,maintained the original conventional treatment and nursing.45 cases in the study group,on the basis of the original conventional treatment and nursing,while given emotional skills training,treatment for 24 weeks.used life quality comprehensive assess a questionnaire(GQOLI-74)to evaluate quality of life changes before treatment and at the end of the twenty-fourth week.Results:The total score of GQOLI-74 and the score of material life,physical health,mental health and social function in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:In the conventional treatment and nursing at the same time,to carry out the emotional skills training,can effectively improve the quality of life of hospitalized female patients with schizophrenia.
