帕罗西汀合并奥氮平治疗难治性抑郁症的疗效观察

目的:探讨帕罗西汀合并奥氮平治疗难治性抑郁症的疗效及安全性.方法:将68例难治性抑郁症患者随机分为两组,分别给予帕罗西汀合并奥氮平(研究组)和单用帕罗西汀(对照组)治疗8周.于治疗前和1、2、4、8周以汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)分别评定疗效,用副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应.结果:帕罗西汀合并奥氮平治疗难治性抑郁症的疗效要明显优于单一使用帕罗西汀治疗,两组不良反应均较小.结论:帕罗西汀联合奥氮平治疗难治性抑郁症的疗效要明显,安全性好.

A clinical comparative study of Paroxetine combined with Olanzapine in the treatment of refractory depression

Objective:To explore the effects of Paroxetine combined with Olanzapine on the refractory depression.Methods:A total of 68 patients with the refractory depression were randomly divided into Paroxetine combined with Olanzapine group and Paroxetine group for the treatment of 8 weeks.All patients were evaluated with Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)、Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and Treatment Emergent Symptoms(TESS) before the treatment and at the end of the first,second,forth and eighth week of the treatment.Results: The therapeutic effect of Paroxetine combined with Olanzapine was significantly better than that of Paroxetine.Side effects in two groups were few.Conclusions: Paroxetine combined with Olanzapine is an efficacious and safe strategy in the treatment of refractory depression.
