2型糖尿病患者社区规范化管理的临床效果

目的:观察2型糖尿病患者在社区医院实施规范化管理后的临床效果,探索适合我国国情的糖尿病管理模式。方法:将108例2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组,干预组58例,对照组50例。观察管理前、管理后1年两组患者的空腹与早餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、体质指数、糖尿病知识知晓率、规律服药率及健康行为改变有无差异。结果:管理1年后,干预组与对照组患者的空腹与早餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、体质指数、糖尿病知识知晓率、规律服药率及健康行为改变比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:对2型糖尿病患者实施社区综合干预、规范化管理,临床效果显著。

The clinical effects of the standardized management on patients with type 2 diabetes in community hospital

Objective:To study the clinical effect of the type 2 diabetic patients after standardized management in community hospital.Methods:108 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into intervention group(58 cases) and control group(50 cases).Fasting and 2h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),lower density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),body mass index(BMI),diabetes knowledge rate,regular medication and health behavior change were compared before standardized management and one year after standardized management.Results:One year after standardized management,the fasting and 2h postprandial blood glucose,HbA1c,TC,TG,LDL-C,BMI,diabetes knowledge rate,regular medication and health behavior change of the two groups had significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated and standardized management for type 2 diabetic patients was very effective in community hospital.
