齐拉西酮与阿立哌唑治疗难治性精神分裂症疗效和安全性比较

目的:比较齐拉西酮与阿立哌唑对难治性精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法:将80例难治性精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,每组各40例,分别给予齐拉西酮和阿立哌唑治疗,疗程12周,用阳性症状和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定疗效,用副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果:齐拉西酮组治疗有效率为67.5%,阿立哌唑组为70.0%,两组药物疗效比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两种药物的主要不良反应均为头痛、头晕,不良反应发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05),齐拉西酮组不良反应严重程度稍高于阿立哌唑。结论:齐拉西酮与阿立哌唑对难治性精神分裂症疗效相当,安全性高,不良反应轻,两药均有利于提高患者的生活质量及服药依从性。

The compare of effects and security of Ziprasidone and Aripiprazole in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia

Objective:To compare the effects and security of Ziprasidone and Aripiprazole in the treatment of refractory schizophrenic patients.Methods:A total of 80 patients with refractory schizophrenic were randomly divided into two groups,respectively,for Ziprasidone and Aripiprazole treatment,treatment for 12 weeks,with Positive Symptoms and Negative Symptoms Scale(PAN-SS) assessment of efficacy,adverse reactions with the scale(TESS) assessment of adverse reactions.Results: Ziprasidone in the treatment response rate was 63.7%,Aripiprazole 62.2%,overall efficacy difference between the two groups was,there were no significant differences in the effects(P>0.05),and the incidence rate side effects between the two drugs(P>0.05).The main side effects of both drugs are headache dizziness,etc.the of Ziprasidone are severer than that of the Aripiprazole group.Conclusions: Ziprasidone and Aripiprazole are similar in the treatment of refractory schizophrenic,safer with fewer side effects and can help improve the quality of life and medicating compliance of patients.
