心理行为干预对75例酒依赖患者疗效的对比研究

目的:通过对住院酒依赖患者进行药物治疗的同时实施心理行为干预,促进其康复。方法:将患者随机分成两组,分别行单纯药物治疗对照组和心理行为干预配合药物治疗教育组,观察其疗效差异。结果:患者通过心理行为干预辅助治疗,能够取得更好治疗效果。结论:在酒依赖患者中实施心理行为干预可帮助患者缓解对酒的强烈渴求和心理依赖,积极配合药物治疗,增强患者的心理防御机制,对于酒精依赖的治疗有十分重要的意义。

Contrastive Research about the Effect of Psychological Behavior Intervention in 75 Cases of Alcohol Dependence

Objective:To improve the rehabilitation of alcohol-dependence patients by implying pharmacotherapy and Psychological Behavior Intervention at the same time.Methods:Comparing the different effects between the drug therapy along and pharmacotherapy cooperating with Psychological Behavior Intervention.Results: The effect of pharmacotherapy cooperating with Psychological Behavior Intervention is better than that of drug therapy along.Conclusions: The patients implied the Psychological Behavior Intervention can ease their strongly thirst for alcohol and the Psychological dependence,and meanwhile the pharmacotherapy carried out will can enhance their Mental defense mechanism,which has significant meaning in alcohol-dependence patients’ treatment.
