社会功能训练对精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响

目的:研究社会功能训练对精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响。方法:采用自编量表、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS);临床总体印象量表(CGI);服药态度量表(DAI);个人与社会表现量表(PSP);社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)等量表调查200例精神分裂症患者,分为社会功能训练组和常规治疗组,每组样本量各100个,干预组给予干预治疗18个月,给予基线调查及每6个月评估一次,观察疗效。结果:临床总体印象量表的总体进步评分,治疗第18月后干预组较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);社会功能缺陷评定(SDSS)评分:干预组较对照组结果对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);个人与社会表现量表(PSP)评分于第18个月干预组较对照组有统计学意义(P<0.05),同组治疗前后结果对比,干预组有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社会功能训练对精神分裂症患者社会功能恢复有效,操作简单方便,值得推广。

The impact of training on the social function in patients with schizophrenia

Objective:To study the impact of training on the social function in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:Investigating 200 cases of schizophrenia with self Scale,Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS);Clinical Global Impression Scale(CGI);medication attitude scale(DAI);personal and social performance scale(PSP);Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS) and other scales,which had been divided into social function of training group and conventional treatment group,each of the 100 sample size.Intervention group was given 18 months of intervention,given the baseline survey and assessed once every 6 months,and then effects were observed.Results: During the overall progressive score in the Clinical Global Impression Scale score,after the 18 months’ treatment the difference between the intervention group and the control group was statistically significantly(P<0.05);in the Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS),the difference between the intervention group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the personal and social performance scale(PSP),after 18 months the difference between the intervention group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),comparing with the results before and after treatment,the intervention group had statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: Training on the social function in patients with schizophrenia is effective and simple operation,and it is worth promoting.
