医疗废物处置现状分析及对策研究

目的:使医疗废物处置更加规范合理,杜绝医疗废物外流,切断医源性传播疾病,保证广大人民身体安全,降低"白色垃圾"危害性,制定切实可行的医疗废物管理方法。方法:通过调查本市46家医疗机构(其中二级以上医院20家),结合听汇报、交流、现场参观等方法,得知医疗废物处理现状。结果:大多数医疗机构十分重视医疗废物管理,能按照制度和要求去做,但在管理上有薄弱环节,还有一些共性问题没有明确的法律法规界定。结论:根据医疗废物管理现状,结合现行《医疗废物管理条例》,提出了切实可行的管理措施。

The medical waste disposal status analysis and Countermeasures

Objective:to make medical waste disposal more reasonable standard,put an end to the medical waste outflow,cut off iatrogenic spread disease,guarantee the people’s physical security,reduce "white garbage" dangerous,make feasible method of medical wastes management.Methods:through the investigation of this city forty-six medical institutions(including the second class above hospital home),combined with 20 to report,communication,the site visit and other methods,the present situation of medical wastes treatment that.Results: most medical institutions attached great importance to the medical waste management,can according to system and the requirement to do,but in the management of a weak link,and some common problems don’t have a clear definition of laws and regulations.Conclusions: according to the medical waste management,combining with the current situation of the medical waste management regulations ",and puts forward practical management measures.
