前列腺素E1两种给药方法治疗心力衰竭的效果及不良反应的比较

目的:比较前列腺素E1两种给药方法治疗心力衰竭的效果及不良反应。方法:A组病员采用生理盐水100 ml+凯时10μg静滴30～40滴/分。B组病员采用生理盐水20 ml+凯时10μg静推或静滴。比较两组病员治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果:A、B两组病员治疗效果无统计学差异,心率、血压在治疗前后无明显变化,P>0.05。A组病员不良反应占26%;B组病员发生不良反应占6%,并且缩短了治疗时间,病员依从性好。结论:用生理盐水20 ml+凯时10μg静推或静滴的给药方法治疗心力衰竭病员可以在临床推广。

Comparing the curative effect and the adverse reaction of two different routes of administration of PGE1 in heart Failure management

Objective:To compare the curative effect and the adverse reaction of two different routes of administration of PGE1 in heart failure management.Methods:Patients with heart failure were divided into two groups: Group A received 30~40 drops per min intravenous drip of 100 ml saline and 10ug PGE1 mixture;Group B: received intravenous injection or drip of 20ml saline and 10ug PGE1 mixture.Results: There was no significant difference between the curative effects of the two groups.Heart rate and blood pressure of the patients had not been changed after administration(P>0.05).Group B showed less adverse reaction rate compared with group A(26% vs 6%,P<0.05),shorter treatment time and better compliance.Conclusions: It’s worth to generalize in clinic of intravenous injection of PGE1 in heart failure management.
