精神障碍住院患者主观幸福感与社会支持度的关系研究

目的:探讨精神障碍住院患者主观幸福感与社会支持度的相互关系。方法:对210例精神障碍患者进行Campell幸福感指数量表、社会支持评定量表、情感量表的测试。结果:社会支持度与主观幸福感指数呈显著正相关;主观支持与主观幸福感指数、总体情感指数、生活满意度、正性情感、情感平衡呈显著正相关;支持利用度与生活满意度、情感平衡呈显著正相关,与负性情感呈显著负相关;男女患者在主观幸福感和社会支持上差异显著。结论:主观幸福感与社会支持度密切相关。良好的社会支持有助于提高精神障碍患者的主观幸福感。

Study of the relationship between subjective well-being of hospitalized patients with mental disorders and social support

Objective:To investigate the relationship between subjective well-being of Hospitalized patients with mental disorders and social support.Methods: 210 patients with mental disorders were tested with the scale of the Campell happiness index,social support rating scale,emotion scale.Results: Social support and subjective happiness index showed a significant positive correlation;social support and subjective happiness index,the overall emotion index,life satisfaction,positive affect,emotional balance was significantly positively correlated;support the use of degrees and life satisfaction,emotional balance was significantly positively correlated,and negative affect was significantly negatively correlated;male and female patients had significant differences in the subjective well-being and social support.Conclusion:Subjective well-being and social support are closely related.Good social support helps to improve the subjective well-being of patients with mental disorders.
