舒适护理改善心内科住院患者负性情绪和心理障碍的效果研究

目的:探讨心理舒适护理改善心内科住院患者负性情绪和心理障碍的效果,为临床康复护理提供依据。方法:按抛硬币分组法将60例心内科住院患者随机分为研究组和对照组各30例。两组均给予常规药物治疗,对照组按普通护理,研究组在此基础上则给予以健康教育、音乐疗法以及亲情照护为干预措施的心理舒适护理。分别于入院时和出院时,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)评价两组的情绪和心理状况。结果:入院时,两组SAS、SDS和SCL-90评分无显著性差异(P>0.05);出院时,研究组SAS、SDS和SCL-90评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:心理舒适护理能够改善心内科住院患者负性情绪和心理障碍,有助于促进患者的治疗和康复。

The study of the effect of comfortable nursing to improve negativity mood and mental barrier of the cardiology hospitalized patients

Objective:To explore the effect of comfortable nursing to improve negativity mood and mental barrier of the cardiology hospitalized patients,in order to offer the basis for clinical rehabilitation nursing.Methods:60 patients who was in the department of cardiology were divided into study group(30 patients) and contral group(30 patients)by the toss of a coin.Two groups all were given conventional medical treatment,the control group was given general nursing,on that basis,the study group was given psychological comfortable nursing which the intervention measure was health education music treatment and family care.At the time when they were admitted to hospital and when they left hospital,the mood and mental state was evaluated by SAS SDS and SCL-90.Results:At the time when they were admitted to hospital,the grade of SAS,SDS and SCL-90 in two groups was not different(P>0.05),when they left hospital,the grade of SAS,SDS and SCL-90 in study groups was lower than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Psychological comfortable nursing could improve negativity mood and mental barrier of the cardiology hospitalized patients,it was conducive to promote patient’s treatment and rehabilitation.
