黄芪注射液联合肌氨肽苷治疗急性病毒性心肌炎38例

目的探讨黄芪注射液联合肌氨肽苷治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法将76例急性病毒性心肌炎（AVM）患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各38例。两组患者均予以卧床休息、抗病毒、营养心肌、极化液静脉滴注等治疗。治疗组在此基础上应用黄芪注射液30ml和肌氨肽苷注射液10m1分别加入5%葡萄糖250ml静脉滴注,每日1次。两组疗程均为4w。比较两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为91%,对照组为65%; 治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）,两组均无明显不良反应。结论黄芪注射液联合肌氨肽苷对AVM有较好的疗效,且无明显不良反应。

The Observation of Clinical Efficacy of Treating Acute Viral Myocarditis with Astragalus Joint Muscle Amino Acids and Nucleosides.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of treatment of acute viral myocarditis with Astragalus and muscle amino acids and nucleosides.Methods The 76 cases of acute viral myocarditis（AVM）were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,38 cases in each group.Two groups of patients had to be bed rest,anti-virus,nutrition myocardium,GIK infusion therapy and so on.The treatment group on this basis,the application of astragalus 30ml and muscle amino acids and nucleosides injection 10m1,respectively in 5% glucose intravenous infusion of 250ml pre day.Treatment groups were 4w.Effects were compared.Results The treatment group,the total effective rate was 91% in the control group was 65%;treatment group significantly better than the control group（P〈0.01）,There were no obvious adverse reactions.Condusion Astragalus joint muscle amino acids and nucleosides to the AVM has a good effect,and no obvious adverse reactions.
