G-CSF联合LD-AA方案治疗高危组AML疗效观察

目的探讨高危组急性髓细胞性白血病(AML)的治疗方法.方法对10例高危组AML选择G-CSF和小剂量化疗和小剂量阿克霉素和阿糖胞苷(LD-AA)为治疗方案,并观察其临床疗效及毒副作用.结果 10例高危组AML中,7例达到CR,达PR 2例,NR 1例,总有效率为90%.3例有轻度的骨髓抑制作用,2例有一过性的心脏损害,4例有骨痛表现.结论该方案治疗高危组AML不仅具有较高的临床缓解率,而且毒副作用轻.可将此方案作为高危组AML的较好选择.

Observation of curative effect of high-rish acute myeloid leukemia with low-dose aclacinomycin and cytosine arabinoside in combined with granulocyte colony-stimulating factor

AIM To explore the therapeutic method of high risk acute myelogenous leukemia. METHODS Ten patients with high risk acute myeloid leukemia (AML) were treated by low dose aclacinomycin and cytosine arabinoside(LD AA) in combined with granulocyte colony stimulating factor(G CSF). Clinical effects and side effects of the protocol were observated.RESULTS 7 out of 10 patients with high risk AML achieved complete remission(CR). 2 patients achieved partial remission(PR) and 1 achieved non-remission(NR). The total efficiency was 90%. 3 patients were of light arrest of bone marrow. 4 had light bone pain and 2 had little cardiac damage. CONCLUSIONS For patients with high risk acute myeloid leukemia, the protocol of LD AA in combined with G CSF was of higher CR rate and less side effects .It may be regarded as an better choice for high risk AML.
