| 摘 要： | 目的探讨镇江市区人群代谢综合征(MS)的流行病学特点。方法以分层抽样法选择镇江市区≥20岁的常住居民共571人为研究对象。采用现况研究方法,用统一设计的调查表,对研究对象进行面对面问卷调查及测量身高、体重、腰围、臀围及血压等指标;采集血液标本测定血糖、血脂等生化指标。结果按全国第三次人口普查结果年龄标化后,总患病率为6.88%(男7.93%,女6.54%)。MS患病率随年龄的增长而升高。收缩压、舒张压、甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白、空腹血糖及体重指数等是MS的危险因素。结论镇江市区MS的患病率在40岁以上成年人中较高,其发病率较江苏省的发病率低。

| Abstract: | Objective To survey the prevalence of metabolic syndrome in adults in Zhenjiang urban area. Methods There 571 permanent residents over the age of 20 in Zhenjiang urban area were enrolled. A cross -sectional study was conducted with questionnaires and face-to-face survey.
