| 摘 要： | 苦参碱类生物碱是从中蒙药苦参Sophora flavescens Ait.干燥根中提取的一类活性物质,包括苦参碱(matrine,MAT)、氧化苦参碱(Oxymatrine,OXY)等多种成分〔1〕。其中对苦参碱、氧化苦参碱的研究最为深入广泛,其化学式分别为C15H24N2O及C15H24N2O2,属于四环的喹嗪啶类,分子骨架可看作2个喹嗪啶环的杂体。所谓苦参素是从中蒙药苦参提取得到的生物碱类,其主要成分为氧化苦参碱〔2〕。苦参碱类作为一种传统的中蒙药成分在抗炎、抗心律失常、抗肿瘤方面有重要应用价值,但在最近的研究结果表明其对于肝纤维化的防治也有明显的作用。有关苦参…

| Abstract: | Matrine and Oxymatrine as effective chemical parts of traditional Mongolian medicine are of great value in preventing inflammation,arrhythmia and knub.There have been deep studies in liver fibrosis prevention recent years.A summariz on studies in phamacolynamic and clinic of liver fibrosis prevention by matrine and oxymatrine is given. |
