托瑞米芬治疗乳腺增生性疾病的疗效评价

目的研究托瑞米芬(TOR)对乳腺增生性疾病的疗效。方法将260例病人随机分成二组,治疗组130例采用托瑞米芬治疗,对照组130例采用他莫昔芬治疗,疗程均为二个月经周期。结果治疗组130例中显效86例(66.2%),有效27例(20.8%),治愈15例(11.5%),总有效率98.5%,无效2例(1.5%)。不良反应较少,主要为消化道症状及抗雌激素反应。对照组130例中显效59例(45.4%),有效48例(37%),总有效率(82.4%),无效23例(17.6%)。治疗组中有并发症者55例(42.3%),对照组中有并发症者98例(75.4%)。结论托瑞米芬治疗乳腺增生性疾病有较好疗效,不良反应较轻,应用较安全。

Estimation of the Effects of Toremifene on Breast Hyperplasia Disease

OBJECTIVE To study the effects of toremifene on the treatment of breast hyperplasia disease.METHODS 260 patients with hyperplasia disease were randomly divided to receive either 40mg/d toremifene orally,or 20mg/d tamoxifen orally.The therapeutic courses included two menstruation cycles. RESULTS 86 cases(66.2%) among 130 cases who received TOR demonstrated to be responsive,27 cases(20.8%) Showed to be effective,15 cases(11.5%) showed to be curing.Total effective rate was 98.5%,2 cases(1.5%) were no responsive.Main side effects were digestive tract symptom and anti-estrogen effect.59 patients(45.4%) among 130 patients who received TAM demonstrated to be responsive,48 cases(37%) showed to be effective.Total effective rate was 82.4%. 23 patients were no responsive(17.6%).55 cases(42.3%) of 130 cases received TOR have undergone side effects.98 patients(75.4%) of 130 patients received TAM have undergone side effects.CONCLUSION TOR has better effects on the treatment against breast hyperplasia disease than TAM.It has less side effect and better safety on clinical application than TAM.
