| 摘 要： | 目的 观察大剂量丙种球蛋白 (IVIg)治疗病毒性脑炎 (VE)的疗效。方法 对 45例病毒性脑炎患者随机分为两组 :治疗组2 3例 ,应用IVIg 0 .4g/kg 常规治疗 ;对照组 2 2例 ,单用常规治疗 ,以观察其疗效。 结果 治疗组治愈率为 86 .9% ,对照组治愈率为 59.1 % ,两组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 大剂量IVIg配合常规治疗是病毒性脑炎的有效治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of high dosage gammaglobulin on treating viral encephalitis (VE). Methods 45 patients with VE were divided into treatment group and control group randomly: 23 patients in treatment group were given high dosage gammaglobulin and routine treatment. 22 patients in control group were only given routine treatment. Results The cure rate of treatment group is 86.9% and that of control group was 59.1%. The difference between two groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusions High dosage gammaglobulin combined with routine treatment are good method for VE. |
