| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经尿道电切治疗成人输尿管囊肿的临床效果。方法回顾性分析28例输尿镑囊肿经尿道电切的临床资料。结果28例均一次手术治愈。随防6个月-10年，症状完全消失。并发症有膀胱输尿管反流4例，边缘出血1例。结论经尿道电切治疗成人输尿管囊肿是一种创伤小、恢复快、效果肯定的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of transurethral resection of ureteroceles in adults. Methods Twenty - eight cases of ureteroceles were analyzed retrospectively. Results Twenty - tight cases obtained successful results by TUR. The symptoms of all cases disappeared after being followed 6 - 10 months. Complications included vesicoureteral refuxing in 4 cases, and bleeding in one case. Concision Transurethral resection of ureteroceles in adults is a minimal invasive method with quick recovery and positive results. |
