| Abstract: | With a view to flow direction of human resources of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the author makes a systemic analysis of current situation, cause and tendency of brain drain in TCM industry and advaces some countermeasures.By doing this, the author wants to arouse the extensive attention of administration section of TCM personnel to adopt effective measures to prevent the brain drain of TCM. |
