养胃理气汤对胃黏膜萎缩和肠上皮化生的影响

目的：观察养胃理气汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎（CAG）胃黏膜萎缩和肠上皮化生的变化以及环氧合酶．2（COX-2）表达的影响。方法：52例胃黏膜萎缩并肠化生和不典型增生的CAG患者随机分治疗组30例，用养胃理气汤治疗；对照组22例，用胃复春片治疗。疗程均为3个月。观察治疗前后症状及胃镜所见与病理变化，并用免疫组化方法检测胃黏膜COX-2蛋白的表达。结果：养胃理气汤治疗后临床症状及病理改善明显优于治疗前（P〈0．05）；胃黏膜COX-2的表达较治疗前明显下降（P〈0．05）。治疗组临床症状改善、病理变化以及胃黏膜COX-2蛋白的表达与对照组比较，差异无显著性意义。结论：养胃理气汤能有效治疗CAG，其作用可能通过减少胃黏膜COX-2蛋白表达，并促进黏膜修复有关。

Effect of Yangwei-liqi Decoction on Atrophy of Gastric Mucosa and Intestinal Metaplasia

Objective：To observe the effect of Yangwei-liqi ecoction on atrophy of gastric mucosa, variation of intestinal metaplasia and expression of COX-2 of chronic atrophyic gastritis（CAG）. Methods ：52 cases of CAG with intestineal metaplasia and dysplasia detected by gastroscopoy and pathology were divided into the treatment group（ 30 cases）and the contrast group（22 cases）. The treatment group was treated by Yangwei-liqi decoction and the contrast group by Weifuchun tablet. The period of treatment was 3 months. The variation of symptom, gastroscopoy and pathology was observed and the expression of COX-2 was detected by immunohistochemical staining method. Results：The clinical symptom and pathology was obviously improved and the expression of COX-2 decreased after treated by Yangwei-liqi decoction（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The effect of yangwei-liqi decoction on clinical symptom and pathology had no obvious difference compared with that of Weifuchun tablet. Conclusion：Yangwei-liqi decoction can treat CAG effectively by decreasing the expression of COX-2 and improving the recover of mucosa.
