鼾症手术前后的微循环监测

对３０例鼾症患者手术治疗前后的甲襞微循环进行分析，其中２６／３０的患者接受了ＵＰＰＰ术加扁桃体摘除术，３／３０患者接受了ＵＰＰＰ术加鼻部手术，１／３０患者仅行了ＵＰＰＰ术，并在所有患者术前及术后５～７天时行甲襞微循环检测。结果表明：（１）所有患者术后均述自觉症状有不同程度的好转，１６位患者鼾声消失，１２位患者术后鼾声明显减轻，另２位患者虽然术后鼾声无明显好转，但呼吸暂停现象消失。（２）术后微循环测定显示，血液流速、红细胞聚集以及总积分值的下降有非常显著的意义（ｐ＜０．００１～０．００５）。畸形血管手术前后无显著变化（Ｐ＞０．０５）。表明手术治疗效果与微循环的改善的情况一致。

Approching on Microcirculation in Patients with Snoring Pre- and Post- Operation

patients who were complaint of sever snoring were investigated.26/30 patients underwent a UPPP that was associated with a tonsillectomy and nasal surgury in three petients.1/30 patient underwent a tonsillectomy. Observation of nailfold microculation has been studied in all of 30 patients before and after 5 to 7 days of the operation. The results showed: (1) All of 30 Patients had a favorable response to treatment.Snoring disappeared in 16 patients. The sound of snoring became weak in 12 patients. Sleeping apnea disappeared in 2 patients although they complained that snoring did not disappeared.(2) After treatment, blood flow velocity. aggregation of erythrocytes and the total integral were extremely significant different(P<0.001～0.005). Abnormal capillary loops was not significant different. These suggest that there was relationship between the operation treatment and microcirculation improved.
