| 摘 要： | 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定清咽止咳膏中苦杏仁含量的方法。方法选用C18色谱柱(汉邦),甲醇-0.2%磷酸(24:76)为流动相,流速:0.8mL·min-1,检测波长为210nm。结果在25～400μg·mL-1范围内有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.6%(n=5),RSD=1.4%。结论本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可以作为清咽止咳膏的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of amygdalin in Qingyan Zhike Gao.Methods The samples were analyzed by an ODS(Hedera) column with mobile phase methanol-0.2%phosphoric acid(24:76) at flow rate of 0.8mL·min-1 and detection at the UV wavelength of 210nm.Results The linear range was 25～400μg· mL-1 and the average recovery was 99.6 %(n = 5), RSD = 1.4 %.Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used quality control of Qingyan Zhike Gao. |
