综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症32例

腰椎间盘突出症是临床常见病，亦是疑难病，西医多数主张采用手术疗法。笔者从１９９４年起，采用牵引配合外敷内服中药的综合疗法，治疗３２例，取得了满意疗效，现报道如下：１　临床资料本组３２例均有不同程度的腰痛或一侧下肢放射性疼痛，且因行走或坐立位置不顺、咳嗽或下蹬蹲位用力时疼痛加重。３２例患者均有劳累和腰部损伤史。病程最长者１年，最短者７天；男性３０例，女性２例。年龄最大６０岁，最小３０岁，平均年龄４５岁。检查：呈歪臀跛行姿势，直腿抬高试验阳性，颈静脉压迫和屈颈试验阳性，腰旁相应腰椎水平有压痛并向患侧…

32 Cases of Prolapse of Lumbar Inter-vertebra Disc Treated with Integrated Methods

cases of prolapse of lumbar inter vertebra disc diagnosed both by symptom analysis and x ray and CT or MRI examination were treated with integrated methods. They consisted of lumbar balanced traction, herbal compression and oral medicine. The weight for the traction was 25～60 Kg with the time duration of 15～40 minutes. At the same time, herbal compression and oral medicines were also applied to the patients. After 30 day treatment, 28 cases were cured and 4 improved.
