| 摘 要： | 目的 观察双水平道正压(BIPAP)呼吸机,对重症哮喘患的治疗效果.方法 51例重症哮喘患者随机分为治疗组(25例).治疗组加用BiPAP呼吸机,余治疗同对照组.监测病人病情、血气、左室射血分数的变化.结果 治疗组患者在BiPAP呼吸机治疗24小时,PaO2,PaCO2改善明显,与对照组较,差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 BiPAP呼吸机治疗重症哮喘有效.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect (xl non invasive bi-level positive airway pressure (BiPAP) in patients with severe asthma.Methods 51 Cases of the severe Asthma were randomly divided into 2 groups, an experimental group(n:25) and a control group(n=26). The experimental group was treated with BiPAP Via facial mask, the control group was treated with conventional therapy alone, and more,the patients condition, PaO2, PaCO2 LVEF were observed.Results Arterial PaO2 and PaCO2 levels had significant difference between the two groups after 24 hours treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion BiPAP can improve artrerial PaO2 and PaCO2 levels in patients with severe asthma significantly. |
