5例最低意识状态患者个体化康复护理的研究

目的探讨最低意识状态（MCS）患者的康复护理方法。方法对5例MCS住院患者采取个体化康复护理，主要包括视觉、听觉、触觉、发音刺激、视觉-动作疗法等护理，并注重预防并发症。结果实施个体化康复护理3个月后，本组患者植物状态（PVS）评分量表的分值总分比实验组明显提高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；在执行命令、躯体运动、眼球运动、情感反应等方面的评分差异也有统计学意义（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）；未发生严重的肺部及泌尿系感染、营养失调、压疮等并发症。结论实施个体化康复护理有利于促进MCS患者的良性转归。

Study on individual rehabilitation nursing for 5 cases with minimally conscious state

Objective To study the individual rehabilitation nursing for patients with minimally conscious state (MCS). Methods The individual rehabilitation nursing measures were adopted in five cases of the minimally conscious state patients. The stimulus of vision, sense of hearing, olfactory sense and sense of taste, the stimus of voicing were taken for awakening. Results The total score of patients' vegetative state improved by 6.6 (P <0.05). The evaluation for patients also showed significantly different in terms of executing order, body movement, ocular movement, semiment response (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05). Complications in respect of lung and uropoiesis infection, malnutrition and ulcer were prevented. Conclusions The high quality of individual nursing measures are beneficial for the minimally conscious state patients.
