摘    要:目的比较持续皮下胰岛素输注(continue subcutaneous insulinCSⅡ)及多次皮下注射胰岛素(multiple subcutaneous insulinMSⅡ)两种方法治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效、患者生活质量及护理强度。方法采用对照研究方法,探讨CSⅡ和MSⅡ两种治疗方法在控制血糖、低血糖的发生率、注射区皮肤瘙痒及皮下结节出现频数以及病人生活质量、护理工作强度的差异。结果CSⅡ的临床疗效、患者生活质量明显优于MSⅡ,CSⅡ的护理强度、不良反应明显低于MSⅡ。结论CSⅡ治疗有效地降低餐后2小时血糖;减少了低血糖的发生,提高了病人的生活质量,降低了护理人员的工作强度。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect,the quality life of patients and nursing intension of continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion(CSII) by insulin pump and multiple subcutaneous insulin injection(MSII) in controlling blood glucose on type 2 diabetic patients with sulfonylurea failure(SF).Methods The differences of blood glucose level,HbA1c,hypoglycemic episodes,injection skin itch,node frequency,the quality life of patients and nursing intension both in CSII Group with insulin pump and MSII Group were compared by match study.Results The therapeutic effect and the quality of life of diabetic patients in CSII group was excellent than that of patients in MCII;nursing intension and adverse.Reactions in CSII group was significantly less than that of MSII group.Conclusions CSII can,as a new intensive therapy for type 2 diabetic compared with MSII,improve the quality of patients' life and reduce nursing intension.
