13例肺动脉栓塞引起猝死的病理学研究

我们遇到13例肺动脉栓塞引起猝死病例，男11例，女2例，年龄最小26岁，最大48岁，7例为下肢被车撞伤和股骨骨折引起肺动脉血栓栓塞，原因不明猝死1例，头部外伤脑血肿入院1例，左上肢肱骨患尤因肉瘤入院1例，伤寒病后期，颈静脉损伤，右心房损伤，空气栓塞于肺动脉引起猝死各1例，结合病例对肺动脉栓塞的种类及发生，猝死发生的机理等方面进行了较为深入的病理学分析。

Sudden death caused by pulmonary artery embolism: pathological studies of 13 cases

This paper reports 13 cases of sudden death caused by pulmonary artery embolism, in which 11 are male and 2, female, aged from 26 to 48 years. Traffic accident causes the leg injury to the soft tissue and femoral fracture in 7 cases; femoral vein embolism occurs in advanced typhoid fever in 1 case; cerebral injury leads to embolism in1 case. Ewing's tumor in the upper limb with long term bed rest results in tumor embolism in 1 case and another case is due to unknown case;and jugulars vein injury and right atrium injury cause air emboluses,which leads to extensive embolism in the pulmonary artery branches in the two other. Also the pulmonary artery embolism occurrence, typ and mechanism for sudden death are discussed based on their symptoms and pathological findings.
